As part of these accreditation programs and the 350Solutions Quality Management System, we provide public statements and processes regarding important aspects of these programs. Our statements and procedures regarding impartiality and complaints, appeals, and grievances are provided below.
350Solutions serves as an independent, third-party auditor and ensures impartiality in all such activities. Our impartiality procedures ensure that 350 does not pursue projects where there may be an actual or perceived conflict of interest or threat to impartiality. 350Solutions does not provide consulting services in the areas for which we are validating or verifying carbon removals.
350Solutions strives to ensure any concerns or issues with projects are reviewed, addressed, and resolved in compliance with our Quality Management System and appropriate standards (ISO 17020, 17029, 14034, 14064-3, 14065). Thus, 350 maintains procedures for complaints, appeals, and grievances related to our independent third-party validation and verification projects. If a stakeholder in the validation or verification process has any concerns or issues regarding the project output, a formal complaint, appeal of the opinion issued, or grievance regarding the process or result may be submitted using the form below. Our team will review all submittals and respond in accordance with our policy.
