Statement of Impartiality

Document reference: QSP-350-001-01

1. Commitment to Impartiality

350Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest standards of impartiality, independence, integrity, and objectivity in all validation and verification activities performed under the requirements of ISO/IEC 17029 and any applicable sector-specific programs.

We recognize that impartiality is fundamental to the credibility of validation and verification activities and is essential to maintaining confidence in our services.

Achievement of demonstrated impartiality is accomplished according to this procedure and is documented using Quality System Form (QSF)-350-002-02, Impartiality Review Form. QSF-350-002 is implemented for every ETV and VVB project initiated by 350Solutions, completed by the assigned personnel, and reviewed and signed by the management team.

2. Independence and Objectivity

350Solutions ensures that:

  • Validation and verification activities are conducted in an impartial manner.
  • Decisions are based solely on objective evidence obtained during the validation or verification process.
  • Commercial, financial, or other pressures do not compromise impartiality.
  • Personnel are free from conflicts of interest that could influence their judgment.
  • Our validation/verification activities are not marketed or offered as linked with the activities of any organization that provides consultancy.

3. Identification and Management of Risks to Impartiality

We systematically identify, analyze, document, and manage risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis. This includes risks arising from:

  • Organizational relationships,
  • Ownership or governance,
  • Personnel activities and relationships,
  • Financial interests,
  • Commercial pressures,
  • Relationships with clients,
  • Potential threats to impartiality (e.g. self-review and familiarity) when providing both validation and verification to the same client.

Where risks are identified, appropriate mitigation measures are implemented to eliminate or minimize such risks.

4. Conflict of Interest

All personnel, including internal staff and external experts, are required to disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest prior to engagement in validation or verification activities.

Personnel shall not participate in activities where impartiality could be compromised.

5. Prohibition of Consultancy

350Solutions does not provide consultancy services related to the subject matter of its validation or verification activities, nor does it engage in activities that could compromise independence or impartiality.

6. Responsibility of Top Management

Top management assumes full responsibility for safeguarding impartiality and ensuring that policies and procedures support the objective and credible delivery of validation and verification services. 350Solutions is committed to take action to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations. This includes the actions of those bodies to which validation/verification activities have been outsourced.

7. Communication

This Statement of Impartiality is publicly available and communicated to all personnel and relevant stakeholders.
