Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

350Solutions, Inc. (“350Solutions,” “we,” “us”) operates 350solutions.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information you share with us during a verification, validation, or consulting engagement is handled under the terms of that engagement.

1. Information you give us

We collect information when you choose to send it to us:

  • Contact forms. Your name, phone number, email address, the topic you are asking about, and your message.
  • Complaint, Appeal & Grievance form. The type of submission, your name, organization, email address, phone number, your role or relationship to the matter, the related project, client, responsible party or registry, a summary of your concern, the outcome you are requesting, and any supporting documents you upload.
  • Email and phone. Anything you include when you email or call us directly.

Form submissions are emailed to our team at info@350solutions.com, and a copy is stored in the website’s database. Files uploaded through the complaint form are stored on our web server.

2. Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Google reCAPTCHA. Pages with a form use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real submissions apart from spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information with each request, including your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use these logs to keep the site secure and running properly.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses:

  • Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to recognize return visits. They last up to two years.
  • Security cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set a cookie to support its spam checks.
  • Site administration cookies. WordPress sets login cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to manage the site.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your questions and requests;
  • receive, investigate, and respond to complaints, appeals, and grievances under our quality and accreditation procedures;
  • understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it;
  • protect the site from spam, abuse, and security threats;
  • meet our legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, such as our web hosting provider, the email service that delivers form notifications, and Google (for Analytics and reCAPTCHA). These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law, a regulation, or a legal process requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 350Solutions or others.

6. Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet our business and record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing info@350solutions.com. Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and some U.S. states, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, or to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to your request within the time the applicable law requires.

10. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
